All MYTONER toner cartridges are manufactured in an automated, ISO 9001-certified facility. All products undergo rigorous manual testing to ensure compatibility with genuine printers.
We offer a 2-year warranty covering any product defects you experience with our toner cartridges.
Most issues you encounter can be resolved with simple troubleshooting or by following our technical guidance. If you prefer to troubleshoot on your own, please refer to our article on ink cartridge troubleshooting here.
❄️Order Cancellation
You will need to contact a member of our team to cancel your order. You can reach us by calling (+1) 2533197888 or by e-mailing support@mytoneroffice.com. We will not be able to cancel an order that has been shipped, but you can return it for a refund when it arrives.
❄️Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product or encounter any difficulties during use and wish to return the product, contact our customer support team to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA# being issued.
Note: Please do NOT reject the package directly, or return the item to the sender’s address. The return address will be emailed to you with the RMA#.
❄️Ordered wrong or no longer needed
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind about an item, for all toner cartridges, Mytoner allows you to return any unused and unopened products for a refund within 2 years of the purchase date.
We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for any used or opened items, or for any orders that are past our 60-day grace period.
